WORKSTATIONS

The headquarters consists of essential workstations that make the room function; let employees in, engage with people, accommodate and train recruits, and pseudo-room control the operations within the HQ.

A priority procedure on occupying these workstations shall be in place to assess the importance levels of each workstation.

  1. The front row must at least be occupied by (2) people.
  2. The sentries must then be occupied by at least (1) employee.
  3. The duty desk must then be occupied.
  4. The front row by this point must be occupied by (4) people.
  5. The second sentry must then be occupied.
  6. The welcome desk must then be finally occupied by this point.
REPORTING PROCEDURES

Reporting is primarily done for promotions in any rank level, this is to make the promotion more special than the usual, doing it behind-the-scenes.

For 4iC+: Can call full attention in the HQ. All personnel present in HQ workstations and R&R areas will be called to attention and must stand. Silence must be observed during the attention.

For 5iC+: Can call full attention in HQ workstations. All personnel present in HQ workstations will be called to attention and must stand.

For 7iC+: Can only call a full attention in the front row desks.

General Procedure:
  1. The senior command who gave the Attention command can be anywhere near the proximity of the front row.
  2. While everyone is at an Attention, call whoever you want to promote starting with their rank, and then their name. For example:
    “Prime Minister amazingconnor, Report!”
  3. The individual who was called to attention should:
    1. Walk up to the individual who called the attention,
    2. Say “Present, Sir/Ma’am!”,
    3. Then wave.
  4. After the promotion when told “Dismissed”, the called personnel should go back to their attention position where they last left off.
  5. “As you were” is the command that shall be given for everyone who was at an Attention.
ROOM ACCESS

The headquarters contains various different rooms/areas, some of which have specific requirements in which users must meet, before being able to enter them.

  1. Users entering the VIP area (throne room) must either be an employee holding a position of 7iC+, a designated VIP/veteran member, royalty, or those who have received a peerage. If a VIP/Veteran or peerage member is currently employed in a low or medium rank role, they will temporarily lose access until they reach a 7iC+ position, or otherwise retire. Furthermore, the VIP room can only be accessed by employees below 4iC once there are 4 people on the front row (in accordance with workstation procedures).
  2. The AFK area (room containing throne sofas) is accessible to all employees and guests of the United Kingdom. The trainee waiting area (directly behind the sentries) should only be used for training purposes and is therefore not accessible to those who are unqualified to train.
  3. The sentries should only be occupied by those employees with relevant training.
  4. Other sections and recreational areas within HQ are accessible to all employees and guests.
COLOURED CHAT
  1. Coloured chat must not be used in any part of our HQ or other UK rooms, other than for training purposes. Unless any temporary exemptions are made for events, sanctions may be handed out if a user refuses to stop using coloured chat.
