Explain what happened, and what laws or protocols that have been breached?
Apped is breach of the Constitution 3 times based upon his Candidacy submitted for Election:

1, As per Article 5, 8.1, Employees may only stand for election if they hold an iC-designation of nine (9) or higher and have been employed for at least thirty consecutive (30) days.
With this Apped was only rehired into his role on the 14th March which is not over the 30 day period.
2. Multiple of his Nominations have not been a part of the United Kingdom for the required 30 days and breach Article 5 section 2.1 of the Constitution.
3, As per Article 5 Section 3.8, Violations of campaign rules or campaigning outside of the designated time frame shall result in the immediate disqualification of the candidate by the Elections Board, with the candidacy being dropped from the election ballot.
This has been evidenced and recorded multiple times to be in breach of this as per the evidence provided.
